It is indeed a great feeling to be desired,adored,loved...usually.And then there are these cases where you find yourself condemning such attention.it fills me with hopeless spite.unnerving.but mostly it bewilders me.I am far from being passive and it makes me curious to learn, how some people manage to patiently continue ushering their affection without the slightest amount of appropriate reciprocations.Of course it indicates the lucidity of their feelings, but to be on the other side and receive such adoration with almost no trace of gratitude is quite a mockery of one's conscience! What makes things even more difficult is that sometimes these people dont even demand reciprocation, dont even hope for it...wish?maybe..
"love" however is conventionally blind(and it seems humorous to me that one of the greatest, most talked of emotions, when and if in its truest forms is expected to be handicapped)! Thus these people fail to forsee how tormenting it is for the people they love when they do not have mutual feelings..or intentions!
Being human, mostly my emotions and judgement are circumstantial .So their alacrity becomes exhaustive.Their praises often flattery.Their affection taunting and their adoration a mockery. And it gives rise to thousands of questions in my head, answers to all of which grow increasingly elusive!Altogether it is exasperating!!
It even ridicules the feelings that i in fact have for these people, because i am not without emotions or concern for them;just not in corroboration to what they feel.Had it been disproportionate it would ve still stood a chance, but this??NO WAY!
these people too are human. So often there are instances when their jealousy surfaces, they reveal their dissatisfaction and begin behaving awkwardly!Creating awkward moments!Moments in which i react awkwardly, lose my temper, and end up hurting them!Yet since i am not the one in love, all sympathy eludes me and i find myself grappling with accusations...some self imposed!
Such is "blind love" when you turn a blind eye to it......
